Tuition Clerk/Bookstore Clerk: Tuition clerk-pulled files, filed, audits for student graduating, payments, transcripts, EFT’s, assisted parents/student over the phone, various projects to organize and create system, organized the current filling system, created spreadsheets, created forms for office personal, milage reports, created logs for record keeping. Bookstore: Place monthly orders for all supplies, books, safety equipment, tools, meters, uniforms, backpacks, took uniform pants orders from students, assisted students in missing tools and also handed out all supplies to students during orientations, starts, and rollovers.
