Daily Duties at Lyon’s Heritage Homes, Inc:
• Set-up and maintain Legal File for each customer who has signed a Building Agreement. • Prepare, administer, and maintain a Pre-start Schedule for each customer to minimize pre-start time. • Attend a meeting with each customer promptly after Building Agreement is signed for hand-off from the Sales Consultant. Explain the Pre-start Schedule, review Itemization, offer and review plan specific options. • Obtain signatures on the Change Orders from Redline meeting, complete pricing and verify vendors within three working days. • Conducted Plan Approval Meetings along with CADD designer. • Assure that the client has a positive experience through the pre-start process. Find ways to make the experience exceed the expectations of the customer and the company. Recommend improvements to the process to reduce pre-start times
