Daily Duties at Marc Rutenberg Homes:
• Worked with Company President on location, layout and interior design of corporate office. • Assist President with selection of new home building site acquisitions. • Worked closely with President, VP of Purchasing and Closing Manager on design, construction schedules, purchasing and all closing issues. • Worked closely with President and on-staff Architect on design of multi-million dollar model homes. • Consult with clients on design of multi-million dollar homes by providing direction in architectural selections both interior and exterior. • Maintained Pre-start, Architectural and Interior Design schedules with clients. • Worked on multiple design review boards regarding all new construction and all changes made to all homes until records are turned over to the subdivision Board of Directors.
