• FDA 21 CFR Parts 11, 210 & 211 Program Manager leading Amgen Colorado’s remediation projects. Controlled budget, asset management, and FTE and contracting staff. Implemented Six Sigma program for 21 CFR Part 11 program and process improvements. Lowered overall Part 11 yearly operating costs by 38% or ~$775,000. • Colorado IS Program Management Office Manager. Representative to Site and Corporate Program Management Offices and IS Policies and Standards Council. • Program Manager for Amgen Colorado’s 2007 Daylight Saving Time initiative that included a risk based validation for all regulated computers items, manufacturing equipment, facilities instrumentation, and quality analytical instruments. • Colorado Representative to Corporate Regulated Information System’s Quality Management System and IS SOPs and Standards Implementation Committee. • Implemented Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for Colorado IS staff. Trainer and mentor for Colorado IS projects.
