Daily Duties at Lexmark International:
Office Systems Manager: Manage and assign staff of 80+ administrative assistants to provide administrative support to the Lexington site,Manage $2M+ contract for the administrative contractor workforce,Direct four on-site Adecco managers on day to day administrative operations,Collaborate with Lexmark compensation to determine compensation requirements for all administrative staff,Conduct employee performance evaluations and reviews,Communicate contractor guidelines to employees, staffing managers and Lexmark executives,Maintain and report headcount allocations to corporate finance,Facilitate new employee orientations and skills development training,Collect quarterly measurements to capture employee and customer satisfaction,Develop recognition programs to encourage and reward outstanding administrative performance,Create and maintain the current administrative services website and newsletter
