Aided and counseled clients in modifying attitudes and patterns of high-risk behaviors to live independently in the community, worked in collaboration with other counselors and social service providers. Increased by 70% access to Section 8 vouchers, subsidies, waiting lists, and sustainable housing for homeless or at risk of homelessness clients. Created and compiled a housing authority task list for open Section 8 vouchers, subsidies, lotteries and group homes for clients to apply for sustainable housing in their community. Provided case coordination for up to 75 clients.
