Daily Duties at Smokey Bones:
Manage restaurant operations on a day to day basis. Maintain reports such as cost of goods sold, actual verses theoretical, and labor target. Scheduling, product ordering, interviewing, hiring, and any disciplinary actions of all kitchen employees are also the responsibility of a kitchen manager.Facilitate training and assume responsibility of kitchen operations during a restaurant opening. Also provide continuous training to kitchen trainers and newly hired teammates thereafter.
