Daily Duties at Souza Consulting:
Assist Human Resources Manager in new hire process by interviewing, orientation, filing, and inputting employee information into a computer data base. Maintain all existing employee records. Compile weekly payroll data to be sent out for processing. Coordinate travel arrangements for the field technician teams. Assist in creating, maintaining, and implementation of company training standards. Help with other office duties whenever needed.
