As the organization's front desk representative, greeted customers in person and by telephone. Filed records using alphabetical filing system. Received and distributed company's mail. Answered multi-line telephone system; took and distributed messages. Entered data into office computer system. Dealt with customers in a calm, professional, and courteous manner.
