Daily Duties at Everbank:
Process purchases, refinances and broker loans. Review paperwork to ensure appropriate products (appraisals and titles) are ordered. Review loan applications to see that client's information is accurate. Compare client's credit report with loan application to verify that debt figures coincide. Establish Everbank's initial contact with clients via email and/or telephone. When requested information has been received from clients, compile documentation and forward to Underwriting Department for accuracy review. On fixed conventional loans, I underwrite and issue an approval on the file using my CCA underwriting lending authority. Upon final approval by underwriters, verify pay-off, title, and homeowner's insurance information is correct. Submit all paperwork to loan officer for closing.
