Daily Duties at Aids Project Arizona:

• Assisted Executive Director with recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteer outreach workers, peer facilitators, and clerical support • Responsible for client intake, assessment and referral services and peer one-on-one education consults • Supervised four- staff of 4 outreach workers • Developed and implemented innovative program of STI’s/HCV health promotion/risk reduction education/outreach activities • Developed and implemented HIV educational forums, Led peer support groups • Coordinated relationships and served as liaison to business and community leaders addressing HIV issues in high-risk populations • Produced monthly billing reports for submission to program funders
