• Initiated Maricopa County’s HIV Partner Counseling and Referral Service (PCRS) program • Supervised eight-staff within the Public Health infrastructure • Performed Oraquick HIV Counseling and Testing • Phlebotomy • Provided individual-level HIV and other STI prevention/ intervention • Complete case reports as mandated by the Arizona Department of Health Services and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention • Led focus groups and implemented educational session for male and female inmates at Maricopa County Sheriff's Office jails • Responsible for transitional case management/release planning for HIV-positive inmates in both county jails and state prisons
