Initiated Maricopa Countys HIV Partner Counseling and Referral Service (PCRS) program Supervised eight-staff within the Public Health infrastructure Performed Oraquick HIV Counseling and Testing Phlebotomy Provided individual-level HIV and other STI prevention/ intervention Complete case reports as mandated by the Arizona Department of Health Services and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Led focus groups and implemented educational session for male and female inmates at Maricopa County Sheriff's Office jails Responsible for transitional case management/release planning for HIV-positive inmates in both county jails and state prisons
