• Responsible to supervise Agency Licensing staff and associated workflow guaranteeing departmental standards were met or exceeded. • Finalized the review of Agency licenses to develop license requirements to be put in place for all insurance products in 48 states. • Analyzed and communicated risk of exposures to Senior Management. • Developed procedures to ensure 100% of the risk was eliminated. • Improved working relationships with Dealership and Agency Agents, insurance carriers, and State Departments of Insurance to elevate the level of customer service.
