Daily Duties at Emhart Glass Mfg:

•Keeping the system upto date with current deliveries of material and equipment. • Ensure paperwork on incoming deliveries are accurate.. •Efficiently and proactively handles any delivery inconsistencies or delays. • Co-ordinates on-time delivery of materials by suppliers. •Solving problems and follow-ups with suppliers. •Expedite deliveries of purchased parts and equipment. Minimize late deliveries •Review the results of purchase order placement and expediting activities. • Perform specific data entry activities in an accurate and timely manner. •Maintain complete and accurate expediting notes, files and records. • Sending RFQ’s to suppliers. •Creating and placing of Purchase orders with vendors. •Processing RMAs and DMRs.
