• Responsible for handling cash, and drawer on a daily basis • Responsible for balancing everyday • Working with customers on a daily basis, providing great customer service • Issued money orders, cashier checks, and counter checks • Helping people understand, learn, manage, and take care of their accounts • Working with incentives everyday, has given me great selling techniques • Using a computer everyday, Microsoft Word, Excel, and programs dealing with accounts such as CBS, Nautalis. • Typing, and mailing letters • Sorting Mail • Handling deposits, loan payments, payoffs, cashing checks, and also opening new products • Great at multi-tasking, and handling more then one customer at a time • Answering phone calls, and answering questions, also transferring calls • E-mailing, faxing, and mailing • Closing, and cleaning duties • Cross-Selling Products
