Responsible to secure new and existing business from identified target customers to meet sales and margin objectives. Ensure order and revenue growth by analyzing customer needs, developing and implementing sales plans, selling products and services and providing customer support in assigned region. Identified customer contacts within appropriate organizations, specifically advanced engineering, product planning and maintenance engineering to maximize promotional activities and persuade to take action. Made re-ocurring on-site visits performing sales presentations and seminars to expand acceptance of company products and services. Direct responsibility for customer relationship and market share within the aerospace segment.
