Daily Duties at Apl Logistics:
Pricing Management. Responsible for preparing, supporting the preparation of financial analysis for customer and product profitability, measurement of commercial effectiveness, capital expenditures, inventories, payables and receivables. Reviewed/verified the accuracy of data entries/accounting classification records. P/L defining a single view of resolution. Financial reporting in accounting department using company-dedicated Financial system (SAP/Accounting). Set up EDI for carriers. Provided EDI support to Carriers and network. Updated Penske Website-set up EDI Capable Networking. AS400 Syst (Reflections). Reported general org and dept-specific QS-9000 policies. Calculated/Built/formula in Spreadsheets for all periods on Consignee/Shippers/Carriers using Excel/Access - Determined P/L. Inputted quotes, billed invoices, and pending Accessorials thru Agent System. Invoiced Intl Fuel Surcharges IVA Tax/APDM. Processed/Recorded T&E Bonds for Intl moves. Frame: AS400 (Platform), CMS Agent System and EDI capable environments.
