• Create and update Bill of Materials, Engineering Notices, daily production graphs, visual aids, work instructions and product labels. • Create and update up to 1,000 part numbers in Material Research Planning (MRP) systems. • Participated in the installation and design of semi automated and automated production lines. • Conducted time studies and assisted on packaging design on new and existing products, performed capacity studies at each production line. • Improved quality product packaging by 20% through Kaizen ideas. • Concentrated on space optimization and production floor layout design for upcoming products. • Trained operators to perform their jobs ergonomically to comply with OSHA regulations. • Performed Internal Audits to comply with ISO-9000.
