Primary responsibilities was to manage and coordinate customers' Freight requests via appropriate transportation mode and cost effective mode occurring in an Account-style set-up via SAP program simulations. Performed various tasks using eXchange Infrastructure (XI) and Web Application Server (ABAP). Controlling and handling day-to-day air chartering freight bookings and negotiations for charter/surface expedite vessels and containers.
