Daily Duties at The Media Group:
Project Manager for the development of instructional CDs, internal web training products, and all video production for the Educational Services division of Nortel Networks. Manage technical deliverables, and CBT / WBT training materials. Manage the entire life cycle for all assigned projects from the day the job is opened to completion. Manage external vendors. Serve as liaison between account / creative / production and external clients. Advise client teams during content development. Provide direction, guidance and leadership with staff for effective teamwork and motivation. Take technical content and modify it for ease of use and understanding for non-technical audiences. Adhered to “drop-dead” project-driven deadlines. Responsible for QA review. Applied a full range of skills, such as client needs analysis, design, development, media selection and evaluation, to the creation of all Educational Services division media projects.
