Daily Duties at Boeing/Tek Systems:

•Provide primary support to over 200,000 world-wide customers in a call center environment for nearly 7,000 different applications, desktops, laptops, printers, telephones, blackberries, UNIX workstations and mainframe •Perform, document and demonstrate resolutions for computing issues and proper escalation procedures. Manage multiple desktop support tools; such as: Remedy, SharePoint communication, Boeing Online Support System and SMS Remote Tool, Netmeeting and Webex. •Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, scanners and printers, telephony and wireless PDA. Gather and analyze data while demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, RAS & VPN.
