Daily Duties at Bank Of America/Tek Systems:
•Responsible for assisting Bank of America clients with the installation of PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) software for the purpose of creating public/private keys for non-dial CD decryption. •Analyst assisted in the creation of all SOP’s workflow process and project specific documentation •Data integrity specialist; responsible for all data scrubs pertaining to client resource spreadsheets. Analyst ensured all client specific information was accurate and current for the purpose of client contact and database extraction. •ACT database specialist. Analyst served as subject matter expert responsible for troubleshooting all issues pertaining to ACT database and administration. •Analyst also assisted with new hire training and orientation.
