Provided key support to clients HR, recruiters and sales team to hire sales reps and sales managers Consulted with Hiring Managers to determine strategies to recruit for hard-to-fill positions Managed vendor relations between client and outside recruiting agencies; served as primary point of contact for 20-30 vendors, maintained database of vendor information Prepared vendor contracts, processed invoices, and resolved fee disputes between client and vendors Assisted client in remaining in compliance with EEOC, through candidate tracking and reporting Created training and process documents for client and staff use Organized and provided training to clients on MonsterHQ applicant tracking system (ATS)
