• Provided key support to client’s HR, recruiters and sales team to hire sales reps and sales managers • Consulted with Hiring Managers to determine strategies to recruit for hard-to-fill positions • Managed vendor relations between client and outside recruiting agencies; served as primary point of contact for 20-30 vendors, maintained database of vendor information • Prepared vendor contracts, processed invoices, and resolved fee disputes between client and vendors • Assisted client in remaining in compliance with EEOC, through candidate tracking and reporting • Created training and process documents for client and staff use • Organized and provided training to clients on MonsterHQ applicant tracking system (ATS)
