• Responsible for HR functions at the local site and corporate levels • Managed the new hire process, (offer letter execution, onboarding/new hire orientation, and HRIS management) • Supported the recruitment process - job board and posting management, candidate sourcing and interviewing • Assisted employees with benefit enrollment and answering benefit related questions • Provided guidance regarding company policies and procedures • Acted as contact regarding employee relations concerns • Provided guidance regarding and administer leaves of absence process
