• Responsible for management of overall reception area and staffing • Successfully complete all jobs by time requested. • Dispensing of glasses and contact lenses to patients, small repairs on glasses and prescriptions • Responsible for billing and rebilling claims on HCFA -1500 forms, Pro -32 and Online claim billing • Sales in glasses and contact lenses, Filing and other secretarial work • Responsible for scheduling appointments and creating a recalling system of patients • Assisted Doctor with Visual Field, Tonometry, Pachmetry and dilation of patients
