Daily Duties at Apac/United Parcel Service (Ups):

• Maintained the entire database for Claims and Quality Operation. • Responsible for supervising and maintaining a high level of goals and objectives among Claims representatives while producing reports that outlined departmental accomplishments and the overall profit gain/loss margins for the United Parcel Service (UPS) National Loss Prevention Department. • Responsible for the receipt, process auditing and payment authorization for claims submitted by the UPS customer. • Addressed Customer Service Representative's questions on client products, policies, procedures, service features, service disconnect solutions, pickup order data, supply request data, telephone messages and system issues (AS400 and TPX). • Developed and delivered positive solutions to problems in a timely manner. • Provided feedback to management regarding additional training for all lines of business. Responsible for organizing and completing audit reports required by management. • Responsible for the implementation of Quality Cap Scores, Forms accuracy, Test call percentages, average talk times, and schedule and break adherence. • Responsible for the training of Claim representatives on services features and system enhancements. • Served as Corporate liaison for the Service Failure Retention Task Force.
