Daily Duties at Sprint Pcs:
• Responsible for the development, implementation and mastery of all lines of business including Activations, Collections, Retention, Billing, Accounts Receivable, E-Care (Internet Services), Retail Sales, Authentication and Wireless Data. • Remained current on all service features and system enhancements for over 30 different wireless phones. • Research, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for customers nationwide. • Provided exclusive technical support for such services as paging link, roaming, CDMA and AMPS wireless, long distance, local, voice mail, otms and features. • Processed Technical Support Tickets to ensure consistent delivery of service to customers. • Monitored service alerts and system outages to ensure a low mean time to repair. • Responsible for troubleshooting and the repair of breakdowns on the CDMA network including all Write • Service Control point systems (Stand Alone Home Location Registers), Internal Home Location Registers, B.T.S, Nortel, Comverse and Lucent Platforms. • Responsible for troubleshooting utilizing 20 different networking systems. Monitored Activation Control Systems (Actiview) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. • Served as Liaison for the Sprint PCS National Operations Control Center (NOCC).
