•Cooperated with colleagues to multitask project schedules and data entry duties in order to ensure efficient and timely collection of data •Administered data collection instruments including structured interviews and printed surveys •Edited and validated surveys, scanned completed surveys, coded responses, keyed data, printed and compiled surveys. •Performed customer service duties as needed and interacted with zoo patrons to ensure customer satisfaction
