Validation, Method Development & Chemical Laboratories Department - Responsibilities include: support 11 exempt personnel with memos, validation reports, validation verifications, meeting schedules, travel arrangements; client interaction, conference planning; maintaining general files, office supplies and departmental budget. Technical Information Department - Responsibilities include: data entry on the company’s Training Information System (400 employees); maintained files of protocols, training’s, mechanical specifications, raw material specifications; work with customer complaints, and screen calls. Secretary to Materials Director - Responsibilities include: travel arrangements, schedule meetings and support the Purchasing and Warehouse Department and general secretarial duties.
