Daily Duties at Inglewood Family Ymca:
Provided administrative support to the Executive Director. Schedule and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements. Type memos and correspondence. Prepare and process payroll documentation. Create and implement new forms. Provide assistance and training to staff for computer and office machine use. Assist staff and clients with daily needs. Prepare and maintain cash reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledgers. Prepare monthly reports. Process journal entries, campaign pledges and payments. Enforce purchase order/check request policies and procedures, process and record purchase orders, check request and cash advances. Cash deposits; reconcile petty cash, and employee expenses. Process refund request, and receipt customer payments. Responsible for scheduling regular upkeep of computer and office equipment. Process outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail. Provide customer service.
