Daily Duties at Reep/Operational Support & Services:

Responsible and accountable for the overall implementation, management and effectiveness of all human resources initiatives for rapidly expanding organization and associated satellite locations. Developed and implemented the compensation, performance management, bonus, health insurance, marketing, training programs and recruiting strategies for the organization. Manage a six person recruiting staff, contract operations team, two administrative personnel. Responsible for the overall recruiting strategy and budgets for newly awarded and ongoing contracts. Sources candidates and selects qualified staff to fill vacant positions through effective advertising, screening and interviewing. Actively work toward developing effective and cost efficient solutions to organizational/personnel initiatives. Ensure employment laws (EEO, AAP, FLSA, ADA, etc.) are strictly adhered to, administered and promoted throughout the organization.
