Daily Duties at Penmac Personnel Services:
? Headlined temporary employee placement processes; including, but not limited to, complete client communication, open position posting, resume sourcing, candidate screening and interviewing, client and candidate follow-up, and timely completion of requested services. ? Lead associates by example in working with clients, scheduling interviews, preparing offers, completion of new hire paperwork, facilitation of employee orientations, monitor employee performance, testing and training specified by clients. ? Maintain consistent client communication to ensure complete satisfaction. ? Recognized as top performer; promoted from Staffing Specialist to Branch Manager after one year. ? Oversaw branch operations including hiring new staff, unemployment claims, worker’s compensation, employee relations, sufficient advertising, and facilities/office maintenance. ? Streamlined office functions by creating new forms, policies, and procedures ? Upheld and improved office budget and company guidelines, making the Marshfield office one of the Company’s top producing branches. ? Supervised, coordinated, and evaluated the work of staffing specialists and peripheral staff. ? Created and implemented performance reward system to rightfully recognize and motivate branch staff.
