Daily Duties at Enlisted Personnel Management Center (Epmac):
Special Assistant to the Director of Sea Readiness/Placement Department. Helped the director managed 49 military and 1 civilian personnel. I analyzed and resolved U.S. Navy manning readiness and shortfalls using the Navy detailers and EPMAC's Readiness and Placement Coordinators (RPCs). I helped and guided the Division Chiefs and Facilitators in the preparation and execution of two aircraft carriers battlegroup workshops and manpower conferences. I prepared written manning reports and analyses in reply to inquiries from U.S. Congress, the Chief of Naval Operations, and the Chief of Naval Personnel. I was a key member of a five men team of senior enlisted members who planned, supervised, led, and trained EPMAC personnel resulting in successful merger of EPMAC's Placement and Sea Readiness Departments.
