Trained military and civilian personnel in the understanding and use of the Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS)/ Level of Operational Manning and Information System (LOOMIS), Readiness Tracking Flags, Enlisted Manning Inquiry Reports (EMIRS), Readiness Information System (RIS)/Enlisted Assignment Information System (EAIS), and Personnel Manning Assistance Reports (PERSMARs).
