Responsible for managing staff to maximize revenue; duties included: setting goals, mentoring, training, negotiating contracts, monthly forecasting, hiring and disciplining staff, establishing sales contests and boosting morale. Product management duties included: designing all associated collateral material, developing annual budgets, coordinating layout and tab sheets, liaison between sales and productions staff.
