Daily Duties at Electrograph Systems:

Collections agent for one of Long Island’s top resellers of plasma displays. Update sales reports for Senior Management Research deductions and gather supporting information to reconcile general ledger. Analyze accounts to determine if there is enough documentation to support customer claims. Resolve billing problems with customers. Record customer’s payment history for future use on credit line evaluations. Over see all leases insuring that all paperwork for leases was in proper order. Set up new accounts for customers based on D&B ratings and the customer’s credit application. Processed all credit card orders and handled all credit card disputes using Payment Link and POS Partner. Work with large customers to set up special billing plans to fit their needs and insure prompt payment. Promoted to rebate manger. I oversee every aspect of our rebate program. Coordinate rebate programs and claims with our two sister companies to ensure proper reporting to our vendors. Ensure accuracy and quick payment of all claims by maintaining relationships with vendor reps. Work with internal support, accounting, and CFO to stream line reporting process.
