Daily Duties at Gilbert Displays:
Create a system to track and record in a data base actual cost vs. estimated cost and build a historical data base of the actual cost information. Process all RFE’s (Request For Estimate) in a timely manner with a delta of no more than 15%. Collect, distribute, and analyze all show kits (exhibitor manuals), making sure I can answer any questions the account managers and their clients may have. Order show services. Gather all invoices from vendors and process invoices to clients ensuring proper mark up.
