Daily Duties at Cielo Inc.:

Provide support to CEO including maintaining calendar for all meetings and appointments, schedule all travel arrangements including flights and hotel, prepare correspondence and other administrative tasks Manage all vendor relationships, support national sales team with local events including venues, contract negotiation and sales related material Assist Director of Marketing in developing and implementing marketing program Collaborate with CEO and chemist in assessing product issues Maintain accounts, prepare expense reports, check requests and purchase orders Coordinate company health benefits including new hire sign up and employee cobra
