Daily Duties at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage:

Customer Service: Enhance customer retention by providing, high level of service and follow-up to resolve high priority issues; liaison between corporate and upper management. Providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, customer, distribute mail, routing of incoming calls to appropriate department Office Support: Manage office operations including accounts payable, receivables, invoicing, general ledger lines and employee expense accounts. Responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, customer/ business documentation, sales and service goals. Maintain Wells Fargo Home Mortgage branch compliance for audit purposes. Ordering of office supplies, distribute mail, routing of incoming calls to appropriate department/loan officer. Maintain office equipment; copiers/fax machines and calling servicing for necessary repairs. Ordering supplies for loan officers; business cards, badges, laptops, materials needed for seminars and/or events. On boarding of new hires; preparing paperwork for submission to Wells Fargo Human Resource department. Loan Processing: Processing support of originating loans for purchases and/or refinances through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage branch. Obtaining necessary documentation needed for loans; bank statements, pay stubs; home owner’s insurance, etc. from client and Title Company. Quality validations of each loan prior to sending it to the Mortgage Specialist, making sure all documents are in the file. Stacking of files; making sure that the file is in the appropriate order: 1003, 1008, all disclosures, asset statements and purchase contracts. Assist in the turn time on files within Wells Fargo Home Mortgage branch.
