· Responded to client requests from internal companies and organizations for training and change interventions, or facilitation processes within functional and organizational structures · Consulted with Vice-Presidents, Directors, Department Heads, Supervisors and functional staff to analyze and determine employee training needs · Coordinated, developed, implemented and followed up on change interventions and training programs, for leader and manager development, human skills development, team building and new employee development · Determined the best instructional theory, methodologies, content and use of instructional media and sequencing and delivery mechanisms per topic and audience · Utilized ADDIE Model and storyboard for program development · Administered behavioral inventories and development tools such as 360 feedback assessments, Myers Briggs, DiSC™, Situational Leadership and Situational Leadership 11 and analyzed, interpreted and compiled results · Facilitated working groups in goal setting, policy setting and/or problem resolution
