Daily Duties at Sirius Computer Solutions:
· Reported to the Vice-President of Human Resources on organizational analysis and strategic planning to develop, promote and implement interventions, programs and training to improve organizational and employee effectiveness · Developed and implemented employee opinion surveys, and administered Myers Briggs and DiSC ™ behavioral profiles, analyzed and compiled results. Facilitated focus and work groups based on findings · Coached and counseled managers on employee motivation and performance · Participated in dialog on development of Assessment of Potential, Succession Planning and Project Management Certification programs. · Trained, coached and evaluated key personnel in the delivery of presentations, speaking and communication abilities, and evaluated out-sourced company programs · Developed a comprehensive interactive on-line tutorial in performance management for use by all managers
