Daily Duties at Cape Star Financial:
Part-time position working with two Certified Financial Planners. Assisted in developing and implementing marketing programs and designed and produced brochures and collateral materials. Coordinated all aspects of CFPs’ new business development seminars, including; purchase of mailing lists, extracting desired demographics from these lists using Mircosoft Access, designing and producing invitations, contracting with a telemarketing company to contact invitation recipients, sending out confirmation letters to invitees, designing and producing all seminar hand-outs and other materials, and attending the seminars with the function of welcoming attendees.
