Daily Duties at Setka Computer Consulting:
Setka is a recruiting company specializing in the placement of computer professionals on long- and short-term contracts with client companies. Handled payroll, benefit administration, bookkeeping, office management and hiring, training and supervision of receptionist and two payroll/benefits employees. Established, wrote, designed and produced a monthly newsletter sent to approximately 500 contracted and potential consultants. While with Setka, the number of consultants placed on contract rose from approximately 150 to over 400. Was awarded an increase of over 33% of my original salary for outstanding performance during my tenure. Also received year-end bonuses based on performance in both 1995 and 1996.
