Daily Duties at Citigroup:
¨ Key member of a technical team that handles over 10,000 calls per day from retail brokerage clients originating from five continents. ¨ Provide end user support and remote resolution of desktop software faults with operating and proprietary systems. ¨ Analyze time sensitive network/technical issues as requested by management and resolve them to completion. ¨ Proficient in the use of proprietary systems such as: Nextgen, Reuters, order entry, main frame database (FCI) and terminal services active directory.
