Daily Duties at Bandit Solutions:
~Worked directly with Vice President in evaluation of new & existing credit customers and maintained accurate financial information of multi-million dollar accounts. ~Provided support of all credit department functions; maintenance of credit files, accurate logs, financial statement retention, monthly reporting, and commercial credit references. ~Communicated with customers and vendors on issues regarding credit reports, ratings, and provided resolution of problems / questions. ~Verify insurance coverage’s, advice of proper insurance coverage for property and casualty and maintain copies of insurance binders and/or policies. Collections Representative, June 2004 to May 2006 ~Negotiated with customers resolving past due commercial leases and resolved various account receivable issues such as missing or miss-applied payments. ~Attended various seminars to develop sales & customer service skills such as; Art of Negotiations, Sales, and Customer Service trainings. o Top Collector – Exceeded monthly quota by $10,000 with only six working days.
