Managed the daily operations of the national escrow, policy, and funding department, including monitoring the department’s phone queues, generating and reviewing reports for customer hold times, and making adjustments as necessary. Scope of responsibility encompassed processing policies for the Texas office, issuing in-county policies and shipping home office issue policies, balancing and disbursing escrow files, processing guaranty fee reports and balancing escrow accounts, conducting on/offsite closings, and training staff on phone scripts and new software. Supervised 24 employees and 3 leads.
