Daily Duties at First American Title:
Contacted customers by telephone and e-mail throughout all phases of the title process, including follow-up. Ensured products were delivered to clients within negotiated timeframes. Fostered positive relationships between clients and agents; resolved conflicts. Other duties included responding to and processing incoming calls, communicating regularly with relocation directors and closers, processing relocation files, preparing settlement statements in US states, monitoring listings, and administering contracts for all listed properties; partnered with agents and other title companies to facilitate timely closings, and completing daily reports.
