• Manage full-time campus recruiting and summer internship programs including: interviewing, reviewing resumes and analyzing skills of candidates’ fit to match with best open positions. • Develop and collaborate on new sell strategies for increasing response rates – resulted in a 54% lift in 2005. • Design and facilitate Hiring Manager Training sessions. • Analyzed the impact of new hire matching process on recruiting results. Incorporated learning in new recruiting strategies that drive candidate response rates. • Conducted performance tracking and analysis of major offers to measure program effectiveness. Tracked key metrics and conducted pre and post hiring analysis. Analyzed results and revised business-planning goals assumptions as appropriate. • Streamline recruiting processes for maintaining and increasing efficiency through the development and management of relationships with schools and career development offices of multiple Universities. • Collaborate with Human Resource partners to design and facilitate Blue Box recruiting initiatives i.e. using competency and behavioral based questions to drive results) • Act as liaison between full-time hires, summer interns and hiring managers to evaluate progress toward achieving optimal performance. • Engage in interviewing process including reviewing, screening and conducting second round interviews.
