Work directly with owner to help monitor all six companies Initiate purchase of new accounting software resulting in $25,000/yr savings Implementation, installation and training of new software to office personnel Perform all computer programming, report generation, etc. as may be required Establish office procedures for all departments and companies Update and maintain all company corporate records from 1977 through present Monitor Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Costing and Receptionist Engineer all meetings with banking/bonding and accounting professionals Draft all accruals and General Ledger documentation Prepare Monthly Job History, Contracts in Progress, Contracts Completed Reports Prepare and submit monthly corporate financial statements and consolidated statements PA, OH and WV Sales Tax advisor; Review all invoices, manual checks; Prepare all tax returns Prepare Worker’s Comp and General Liability deduction worksheets for year-end insurance audit deductions Establish Storage Facility company and all procedures for contracts, billing, collections Execute all Notary Public documents as may be required
