Daily Duties at Young And Rubicam:
Data Entry of statements and invoices while serving as accounts payable internal contact for (38) Corporate accounts considering of (17) food vendors, (10) car services, (8) in house Re-class expense reports, (3) Corporate American Express Accounts and processed employee expense reports. Daily monitored all processed invoices awaiting payments to be issued. Generated checks to be disbursed for payment in accordance to contracted payment schedule utilizing Oracle software. Attended company offered career development courses.
